Who you are agreeing with
LocalizeMe is operated by MB Devsolutely, a company registered in Lithuania under registration code 304756667, VAT number LT100013459817, at Kauno g. 3A, Vilnius, LT-03001, Lithuania.
In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation using LocalizeMe. Using the service means you accept these terms.
What the service does
LocalizeMe stores translation keys and their values across languages and platforms, and gives you ways to read and change them: the web app, a developer API, an MCP server for AI agents, and import and export in the common translation formats.
Work is organised into workspaces, which hold projects, which hold keys. Access is granted per workspace and per project.
Your account
Signing in uses a link and a six-digit code sent to your email address, and you may also set a password and a second factor. Because your email address is how you prove who you are, keeping access to it is your responsibility.
API keys act on your behalf without anyone present. We store them only as hashes, so we cannot show you a key again after it is created — treat one like a password, and revoke it if it may have been exposed.
You are responsible for what the people you invite to a workspace do in it.
Plans, prices and VAT
The Free plan covers 1 project for your whole account — extra workspaces do not add more — plus 3 members, 25 screenshots, 1 webhook and the last 14 days of activity history per workspace, with no limit on how many languages or strings you use. Older activity is kept and becomes visible again on a paid plan.
Workspaces you have been invited to are not counted against your free project, and each workspace with its own subscription carries its own limits.
Pro is €19 per workspace per month, or €190 per workspace per year, both excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate that applies to you. Pro raises the limits to 5 projects per workspace, unlimited members and webhooks, 1,000 screenshots and the full history, with unlimited languages, and it is what allows the API, MCP server and CLI to create and change strings.
Mobile is €39 per workspace per month, or €390 per workspace per year, excluding VAT. It includes Pro. 5 projects per workspace, unlimited members and webhooks, 1,000 screenshots and the full history, plus production iOS and Android SDK delivery with 2 million update checks and 10 GB of bundles a month. Going past the included checks or transfer warns the workspace. It does not stop an installed app.
Enterprise lifts the limits entirely and is arranged with us directly rather than bought from the site.
New workspaces get 14 days of Pro, including SDK delivery, without a card. When a trial ends, or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace moves to Free. Writing through the API, MCP server and CLI stops. Apps that already had an SDK key before 3 October 2026 keep receiving updates through the end of 2026.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What happens when a workspace is over the limit
Nothing is deleted. If a workspace ends up over its plan on projects or members — by a trial ending or a subscription stopping, never by growing — editing pauses until you subscribe again or remove what is over the limit.
The screenshot cap works differently on purpose: being over it stops new uploads, and nothing else. Reading, editing and deleting carry on, because auxiliary context is not worth freezing a translator’s work over.
Reading and exporting keep working in every case, on every plan, including through the developer API, MCP server and CLI. Writing through those needs Pro or Mobile. You can always get your content out.
Your content is yours
You keep every right you have in the translations, keys, screenshots and other material you put into LocalizeMe. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, and show it to the people you have given access.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — screenshots of your product included.
Where your content includes personal data, we process it for you under the Data Processing Agreement at localizeme.app/dpa, which forms part of these terms.
If a personal data breach affects your content, we will tell you without undue delay and in any case within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.
How we protect your content, including encryption and backups, is described at localizeme.app/security.
What you may not do
Do not use LocalizeMe to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe somebody else’s rights, or to attack the service — probing for weaknesses, overwhelming the API, or trying to reach another customer’s data.
If you believe you have found a security problem, tell us at [email protected] rather than testing how far it goes. We would rather hear from you.
Availability
We work to keep LocalizeMe available and we do not promise a particular level of uptime on any plan. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.
We may change how the service works. Where a change would remove something you rely on, we will say so in advance by email where we reasonably can.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using LocalizeMe at any time, and cancel a subscription from the workspace’s billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid for.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to. Except where the law prevents it, we will tell you why.
Export your content before you close an account. Export is available on every plan.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to LocalizeMe is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss.
Changes, and the law that applies
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell account holders by email where the change is significant.
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live.
